As a Designer at Smith Gee Studio, the project at 2121 Crestmoor Road in Green Hills involves a six-story mixed-use building with ground-level retail and five floors of residential units. The future building will offer a collective 98 residential units on floors two through five and 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and residential space. The development, led by Material Ventures and Stiles Corp, aims to enhance the urban fabric of the area while respecting the site's history as a former Comdata office. Working with GBD Architects for the interior design, Confluence on the landscape architecture, and Barge Cauthen & Associates on land planning and civil engineering. The project seeks to balance modern functionality with community needs.
